What Atoast Does
Atoast is an AI-powered speech writing service operated by Konekt Digital Solutions. You answer a few questions about the person and the occasion, and our AI generates a custom speech for you. It's a one-time purchase — not a subscription.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when using our service and to use the generated speeches for lawful purposes only. You will not use Atoast to generate content that is hateful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
Intellectual Property
The speech we generate for you is yours. You own full rights to your generated speech and can use it however you like. Atoast retains no rights to your generated content. The Atoast brand, website design, and underlying technology remain the property of Konekt Digital Solutions.
Payment Terms
Atoast offers two pricing tiers: Standard ($14.99 USD) and Premium ($29.99 USD). All purchases are one-time payments — there are no recurring charges or subscriptions. Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record.
What You Get (and What We Don't Guarantee)
Our AI generates speech drafts based on the information you provide. These are starting points — we recommend reviewing and personalizing your speech before delivering it. We do not guarantee that any speech will be suitable for your specific occasion, audience, or purpose. The final content and delivery are your responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
Atoast provides speeches on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our generated content, including but not limited to embarrassment, offense, or any consequences of delivering a speech based on our output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone, at any time, for any reason — including requests that violate these terms or that we believe to be abusive or fraudulent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Atoast after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
