Atoast delivers AI-generated speeches — a digital product. Because speeches are generated and delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once your speech has been delivered.

When We Will Consider a Refund

We may issue a refund if:

• Your speech was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge)

When Refunds Are Not Granted

We are unable to offer refunds for:

• Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated output (you can edit and personalize your speech)
• Change of mind after the speech has been delivered
• Not using the speech after purchase

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at konektdigitalsolutions@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your payment confirmation or receipt so we can locate your order.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.
